  • Employee health fairs include brief table topic talks, health screenings, and assessment of employee needs and interests in wellness. Health fairs are designed to generate interest, buy-in and enrollment, and they’re a fun way to kick off a wellness initiative.
  • Wellness presentations at corporate events and conferences. The Wellformance team gives you two speakers for the price of one. They are seasoned, professional speakers who can handle a crowd from 20 to 20,000.
  • Full and half day Solution-ShopsSM programs (including critical topics such as stress management, productivity, health and fitness, weight, work-life balance and addiction recovery. Wellformance is known for it’s unique, effective and fun programs, such as “Stress-onomics.” They’ll have your group out of their chairs, setting and attaining their goals from the very first day.
  • Executive, Leadership teams or Staff Group coaching creates unity of purpose, cohesive, seemless implementation and most important of all, long-term benefits that keep on coming.
  • Teleclasses, Teleconferences and Webinars are key components for keeping momentum alive.
  • Support books, CDs and MP3 programs allow individuals ample information and tools for self-study and implementation at home, as well as being learning module components of the group wellness programs. Many of these tools are included with your program.
Wherever you start, we’ll launch your program on a solid foundation by identifying and clarifying the problems, using metrics. We insist that each participant understands the ramifications and benefits of wellness on both personal and professional levels.
